What Your Administrator Needs to Provide an Accurate Quote

A practical checklist for assembling the right case details before requesting a proposal.

The more complete the information you can share at the outset, the more accurately your class action administrator can scope the work, anticipate requirements, and prepare a reliable quote.

When gathering case details, remember: we welcome the detail. Start with the class itself - who is included, the expected class size, and how settlement shares will be calculated. Notice requirements are equally important. Let your administrator know whether notice will be delivered by physical mail, email, or both. For mailed notice, include the page count and whether a response form is enclosed.

Helpful shortcut: If court documents are available, SureClaim can review them to identify details that add useful context to the proposal.
