Lindsay Romo

Lindsay brings more than 8 years of experience in employment class action administration. She has served as the lead senior project manager on more than 500 settlements and has also supported several high value consumer class action matters. Her administrative background and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification enable her to guide projects from start to finish while maintaining exceptional quality and strong client relationships.

Known for her professionalism and calm demeanor under pressure, Lindsay serves as a Project Manager consultant to the SureClaim team, helping drive process improvement, strengthen client relationships, and support successful project execution.

Outside of work, Lindsay is a proud wife and mother who enjoys spending time with her family at local parks, relaxing on beach days, and taking short road trips to explore new places. When she is not reading children’s books at bedtime, she enjoys historical fiction and mystery novels. Her favorite family meal is spaghetti, and her optimistic outlook and genuine love of people make her a valued member of both the SureClaim team and her community.
